This policy explains what information PLAYCODE3 Mahjong ("the game", "we") collects when you play online, how it is used, and the choices you have. Playing solo against the computer requires no account and collects no personal information.

What other players can see

Inside a room, the display name and avatar you choose are shown to the other players at your table. If you upload or generate a picture as your avatar, that picture is visible to those players. Please do not use a photo you would not want other players to see.

Where it is stored

Account and game data are stored using Google Firebase. Sign-in is handled by your chosen provider (Google, Microsoft, or Apple); we never see your password.

Online play is intended for players aged 13 and older. If you believe a child under 13 has created an account, contact us and we will remove it.

We may update this policy; the date at the top shows the latest version.
